  • Plně profesionální přístup personálu, všichni byli velmi ochotní a milí. Krásné okolí hotelu a především excelentní kuchyně umocňuje všechny kladné dojmy. Ráda doporučím svým přátelům.

  • Po dlouhé cestě vás potěší milé přivítání na recepci a poskytnutí plnohodnotných informací k chodu hotelu. Skvěle vyladěná chuť pokrmů v nás budila touhu zkoušet další a další kousky - tato restaurace ví, kam směřuje. Byl to zážitek. V bezprostřední blízkosti hotelu prochází turistické cesty, na výlet s sebou rozhodně berte mapu - absence signálu telefonních operátorů není nakloněna orientaci přes navigaci. Doporučujeme výlet na vyhlídku Grenzplatte, cesta vede hned od hotelu

  • Nešly zavřít dveře na toaletě - provizorně bylo opraveno lepící páskou před naším příjezdem

  • Wellness is perfect for the type and class of hotel.

  • When travelling with rather heavy luggage we were allocated to a room above the restaurant. There is no lift there. So on a next occasion ask for a room starting with the number 2 (two) - which can be reached with a lift - and not with 1 (one). The week before we had room # 235, a corner room A1-ok! So we have been able to compare!
